SD15G60 is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase brushless DC motor drive circuit, which is mainly used in the field of low-power variable frequency drives, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines. It has 6 low loss 600V/15A IGBT tubes and 3 high speed semi-bridge high voltage grid drive circuits.

The product also integrates various internal protection functions such as under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature, providing excellent protection and a wide range of safe operation.There are 3 independent negative DC terminals, that is, each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the current can be detected separately.

In addition, SD15G60 adopts Al2O3 DBC design with high insulation and easy thermal conductivity, with very low thermal resistance.It adopts the DIP-24H package,which is very compact and very convenient to use. It is especially suitable for applications requiring compact installation.
